Job Details- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging equipment (conveyors, fillers, sealers, labelers, etc.)
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize production downtime
- Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they occur
- Support line changeovers, setups, and equipment adjustments to meet production specifications
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose and repair equipment
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency and reliability
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including OSHA and company policies
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades
- Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend improvements to reduce failures
