We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Manager for Digital Experience & Web Strategy to join our Marketing team. This exciting role will allow you to leverage your expertise in user experience, content governance, and web analytics to create impactful digital strategies and drive our brand's online presence. You'll be in charge of managing our enterprise website and overseeing all digital projects, ensuring that they align with our brand's vision and business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of user journeys, excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in delivering digital experiences that engage, inform, and motivate.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement an effective digital experience and web strategy that aligns with our brand's vision and business objectives.
2. Manage our enterprise website, ensuring it provides a positive user experience and aligns with our brand's image.
3. Utilize web analytics to monitor and analyze website performance, user engagement, and site usability, and recommend strategies for improvement.
4. Develop a content governance framework to ensure all online content is consistent with our brand's voice, style, and messaging.
5. Oversee the user journey, identifying key touchpoints and optimizing them to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
6. Manage relationships with vendors, overseeing all digital projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their needs and incorporate them into the digital strategy.
8. Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and web design, and incorporate them into our digital strategy as appropriate.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Marketing industry.
3. Proven experience in managing an enterprise website and developing digital experience and web strategies.
4. Strong knowledge of web analytics and the ability to use this data to inform strategic decisions.
5. Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage digital projects.
6. A deep understanding of user journeys and the ability to optimize them to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
7. Experience in developing a content governance framework.
8. A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
10. Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and web design.
